The shirt with lattice inset in the sleeves is made and and modeled by @iusedtobeacurtain using the Native Hawaiian birds rayon and the Aime Comme Marie Migina pattern. Nancy used 3 types of trim and pieced in 2 other fabrics from a local store!

My shirt is made with Native Hawaiian Birds Textile bamboo cotton gauze and the Anna Allen Clothing Anthea Blouse pattern. There are also pics of me laying next to my colored pencil sketches that inspired this textile. I originally drew them as demos for a drawing lesson I taught at Hui No’eau Visual Art Center.
The Native Hawaiian Birds fabric on the bowl and in the packages were transformed by Bee Akami, Maui’s Eco Wrap company, into sustainable food storage by coating the fabric in beeswax and coconut oil. These wraps were made with my cotton poplin substrate. (The beeswax gives the white fabric a yellow color.) Shop the wraps here!
The baby blankets and burb clothes are made with bamboo cotton gauze.
The dog stocking was made with cotton poplin.
For scale, I am 63 inches/160 cm tall.
