Aloha shirt is worn by Kainoa of Island Protea Maui.
My jacket is made a giant protea 1 panel and strips from my XL sized Protea 2 panel for the neck and cuffs, combined with plain purple cotton poplin. I used the Sewing and the City Wooster Jacket pattern, which I hacked to make it longer, hand-quilted, and reversible with pleated cuffs. The reverse side is made with my Protea cotton double gauze. Tutorial on making this coat here.
The dog bandanas are made by ‘Ilio and Co using my miniature scale protea watercolor textile. My dogs ‘Oli and Lily are modeling them.
For scale, I am 63 inches/160 cm tall.
